The NOCO Boost XL GB50 is an ultra-portable, lightweight and compact lithium-ion jump starter for 12-volt batteries. With it, you can safely jump start a dead battery in seconds - up to 30 times on a single charge. The Boost XL is safe for anyone to use, featuring spark-proof technology, as well as reverse polarity protection. The GB50 lithium jump starter integrates with a high-output 200 lumen LED flashlight with seven light modes, holds its charge for up to one year and features a USB battery pack for recharging personal devices on the go - up to 6 smartphone recharges. Hot and Cold LED indicators of the internal battery determine when your Boost is outside operating temperatures to help protect your batteries and devices. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with an item you received, please complete our Product Return Form or contact our Returns Department at 918-794-2300.
Review and Report
- Immediate Review: Inspect all orders upon receipt for any damage or loss. Report any issues within 10 days of delivery, including photographs of the damage or loss.
Return Eligibility
- New and Unused Items: Returns must be reported within 45 days by calling us, or notifying us by email.
- Exclusions: Special order parts, discontinued items, electronic parts, customized apparel, custom-made products/accessories, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Return Labels: We will send a UPS label for returns, unless determined otherwise. If the return is due to customer error, label fees will be deducted upon receipt and crediting of the return.
- Condition: Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. All returned items are subject to inspection for damage or misuse before a credit or refund is issued.
Credits and Refunds
- Accepted Returns: You may receive full credit, minus the cost of the return label if applicable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Certain conditions, including a 25% restocking fee, may apply.
Amazon Purchases
- Amazon Orders: Items purchased through Amazon.com must be returned through Amazon’s online return policy. We do not accept returns for items purchased on Amazon.com.

In-Stock Items
- Non-Freight Items: In stock items ship same business day when placed by 2:00 PM CST.
- Factory-Direct Items: Typically ship within 7-10 business days from the manufacturer's stock. Some items may take longer. FOB point(s) as indicated.
- Shipping Days: Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling will be billed FOB shipping point and added to your invoice.
Out-of-Stock Items
- Notification: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with the next available shipping date. You can choose to wait or cancel the item from your order.
Expedited Shipping
- Cut-Off Time: Orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed by 12:00 PM Central Time for next-day delivery.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the next business day. Saturday is not considered a business day.
- Delays: Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control may delay UPS services.
Heavy Items
- Items Over 150 lbs: Delivered by motor freight. Expedited shipping is not available for less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by freight companies.
- Shipping Quotes: Shipping charges will be provided when you place your order. If recalculations are necessary, we will contact you before proceeding.
- Hazardous Items: Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Methods
- Carrier Selection: Unless specified, goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice, with shipping and handling charges prepaid and added to the invoice.
- Customer Preference: If you prefer a specific shipping method, contact customer service at 918-794-2300.
- Shipment Inspection: Check each incoming shipment carefully before acknowledging receipt from the carrier.
