Review and Report

Immediate Review: Inspect all orders upon receipt for any damage or loss. Report any issues within 10 days of delivery, including photographs of the damage or loss.
Return Eligibility

New and Unused Items: Returns must be reported within 45 days by calling us, or notifying us by email.

Exclusions: Special order parts, discontinued items, electronic parts, customized apparel, custom-made products/accessories, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Return Labels: We will send a UPS label for returns, unless determined otherwise. If the return is due to customer error, label fees will be deducted upon receipt and crediting of the return.Â

Condition: Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. All returned items are subject to inspection for damage or misuse before a credit or refund is issued.
Credits and Refunds

Accepted Returns: You may receive full credit, minus the cost of the return label if applicable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Certain conditions, including a 25% restocking fee, may apply.Â
Amazon Purchases

Amazon Orders: Items purchased through Amazon.com must be returned through Amazon’s online return policy. We do not accept returns for items purchased on Amazon.com.
