• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal Permanent Resident status for each OwnerÂ
• Proof of 100% ownership of the business by the Owners
• Owners must agree to be personal guarantorsÂ
• First-time Applicants must provide most recent three months’ business bank account statementsÂ
• 20% down payment required if Applicant has been in business less than 2 yearsÂ
• Must be in business a minimum of 5 years for Class 8 tractor loans
