This Wheel Grid Assembly from Miller Industries is a left hand assembly that fits 3.5" x 3.5" square tubes. The wheel grid has a Vulcan patented strapless system that is used on the Crossbar and Outer Crosstube Assembly of Vulcan 804, 806, 870, and 880 wheel lifts, as well as Vulcan Car Carriers. This wheel grid accepts left hand L-Arm 8700190
