12 Series - LCG®
Miller Industries brings a whole new dimension to transport with the 12 Series LCG® (Low Center of Gravity) carrier. The patented design lowers the deck height 5” – 6” over conventional carriers. The lower height allows for the transport of taller loads, such as forklifts or man-lifts, that may be over-height on a conventional carrier and also provides better stability during transport.
The operator can easily secure loads or tie down vehicles while standing on the ground, thanks to the lower height. When mounted on most air ride chassis, with the air dumped, the 12 Series LCG® has less than an 11-degree load angle, making it ideal for loading low-clearance vehicles or equipment without using ramps or wood. For fast and easy unloading of damaged vehicles or equipment, the 12 Series LCG® has a 20-degree dump angle. Your new 12 Series LCG® is available in 20.5’, 21’, 21.5’, and 22’ deck lengths with a capacity of 12,000 lbs. and a wide variety of options to fit your specific transport needs.

Why the Right Approach
Over the past decade we have experienced an increase in the number of vehicles with lower ground clearances as the auto manufactures have tried to increase aerodynamics for greater fuel efficiency and better road handling. Miller Industries has again taken the leadership role in the industry with the introduction of The Right Approach™ and Extreme Angle.
The Right Approach™ and Exreme Angle options allow the operator to lower the approach angle to 6°, making the use of ramps or wood planks obsolete. These features are another example of Century's commitment to provide you with the best in quality, innovative equipment to help you insure fast, efficient and safe towing and loading of vehicles.

About the Right Approach™ Option
The Right Approach™ and Extreme Angle options available on 10-Series and 12-series steel carriers eliminates the need for wood planks or ramps when loading and unloading low clearance vehicles. The release handle allows the rear hinged deck section to be lowered to a 6° load angle. A cable guide is inserted in the deck to keep the cable low while winching the vehicle onto the rear deck.
After the vehicles front wheels are on the carrier, the deck can be leveled out and the cable guide removed allowing the vehicle to overcome the second clearance problem with the forward section of the deck. With the front wheels on the front section of the deck the process can be repeated again to eliminate clearance problems such as low exhaust or extended rear overhang.
The articluating deck option provides you with the versatility of having a straight carrier deck with the added benefit of an angled approach plate only when you need it for exotic or low clearance vehicles. This option is available on 10 and 12 Series Carriers with solid side rails and the removable aluminum blade rails.

Review and Report
- Immediate Review: Inspect all orders upon receipt for any damage or loss. Report any issues within 10 days of delivery, including photographs of the damage or loss.
Return Eligibility
- New and Unused Items: Returns must be reported within 45 days by calling us, or notifying us by email.
- Exclusions: Special order parts, discontinued items, electronic parts, customized apparel, custom-made products/accessories, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Return Labels: We will send a UPS label for returns, unless determined otherwise. If the return is due to customer error, label fees will be deducted upon receipt and crediting of the return.
- Condition: Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. All returned items are subject to inspection for damage or misuse before a credit or refund is issued.
Credits and Refunds
- Accepted Returns: You may receive full credit, minus the cost of the return label if applicable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Certain conditions, including a 25% restocking fee, may apply.
Amazon Purchases
- Amazon Orders: Items purchased through Amazon.com must be returned through Amazon’s online return policy. We do not accept returns for items purchased on Amazon.com.

In-Stock Items
- Non-Freight Items: In stock items ship same business day when placed by 2:00 PM CST.
- Factory-Direct Items: Typically ship within 7-10 business days from the manufacturer's stock. Some items may take longer. FOB point(s) as indicated.
- Shipping Days: Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling will be billed FOB shipping point and added to your invoice.
Out-of-Stock Items
- Notification: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with the next available shipping date. You can choose to wait or cancel the item from your order.
Expedited Shipping
- Cut-Off Time: Orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed by 12:00 PM Central Time for next-day delivery.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the next business day. Saturday is not considered a business day.
- Delays: Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control may delay UPS services.
Heavy Items
- Items Over 150 lbs: Delivered by motor freight. Expedited shipping is not available for less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by freight companies.
- Shipping Quotes: Shipping charges will be provided when you place your order. If recalculations are necessary, we will contact you before proceeding.
- Hazardous Items: Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Methods
- Carrier Selection: Unless specified, goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice, with shipping and handling charges prepaid and added to the invoice.
